Conspiracy

"Explain to me this conspiracy against me, ohh. And tell me how I lost my power, yeah." -Paramore

I found this song while fishing through my friend's iPod as it was charging. I love Paramore. Haley Williams has such an amazing voice. The beat of this song is so awesome. The song makes me think about a relationship in which there are secrets. Everyone else knows what's going on but you, and you realize that you're no longer the first person to know anything anymore. The relationship is built upon lie after lie and you've completely lost your power.

The Walk

"Oh, I was doing so well, can we just be friends, I feel a weakness coming on. It's not meant to be like this, not what I planned at all. I don't want to feel like this, yeah. No it's not meant to be like this, not what I planned at all, I don't want to feel like this, so that makes it all your fault." -Imogen Heap

Imogen Heap is the most amazing electronica artist I have ever heard. She's got the cool songs, the relaxed songs, the sad songs, the upbeat songs, and everything in between. The Walk is one of her sad songs. I like it becuase there's so much emotion in it. Imagine someone liking you but you not liking them, and you just decide to give the relationship a chance. After a while you start to feel the relationship is weak and going no where. And maybe you start to feel like you've messed around with someone's heart when you never really liked them to begin with. It wasn't something you intended or had planned but it ended up like this. Even though you don't want to feel this way, you do.

Scratch

"If I scratch your back you need to scratch mine. You need to get your's I need to get mine, so scratch. We can do it, we can do it." -Beach Girl 5

I heard this song on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. I was so shocked to hear that Kris Kardashian is co-managing the group and Mandy Jiroux, Miley's best friend and ex-backup dancer, is one of the five girls in the group. The song is so catchy and danceable. I just love it. Everytime I'm listening to it and there is someone near me I take my hand and softly scratch their arm! LOL! My mom hates it but, oh well! I just love the lyrics though. Some people get this idea that they can ask for a favor and when we need one in return they don't want to do it. Like, what the hell man!?! It don't work that way buddy. So scratch!

Only Girl

"Want you to make me feel like I'm the only girl in the world, like I'm the only one who understands, like I'm the only one who knows your heart." -Rihanna

This song is so amazing. I don't think guys realize how we get when we've go them in our grasp. It's like, we can't afford to lose you, so lose yourself in us, and only us. Enjoy the video!

Guns and Horses

"I left my house, left my clothes, door wide open, heaven knows, you're so worth it, you are. But I wish I could feel it all for you. I wish I could be it all for you. If I could erase the pain, and maybe you'd feel the same. I'd do it all for you, I would, I would, I would, I would." -Ellie Goulding

So Ellie Goulding is another one of those songs I found on Grooveshark. She's a British folktronica singer. I never heard of folktronica before Ellie Goluding. But I love it! This song is so amazing. The video is even more amazing. It reminds me of an army wife who's husband has gone off to war. She wishes she could take all the bullets and experience the blows of grenades for him. Just trade places for a moment. <3
